How to use:

I love this lightweight toner— it leaves my skin super glowy and hydrated. I have combination, sensitive skin, and it feels really soothing every time I apply it. The price is great for the amount you get, and the packaging is nice too. Definitely a best seller for a reason!

Afgelopen week heb ik skincareproducten besteld bij Korean Skincare. Helaas kreeg ik na gebruik een zeer heftige huidreactie in mijn gezicht. Ik heb direct contact opgenomen met Korean Skincare om dit te bespreken. Ik wilde graag samen tot een oplossing komen, omdat ik geloof dat ieder bedrijf de kans moet krijgen om verantwoordelijkheid te (kunnen) nemen bij klachten.
De reactie die ik kreeg was helaas teleurstellend: men gaf aan dat ‘mijn gezondheid belangrijk is en dat men mijn feedback waardeert’ maar tegelijkertijd werd geen enkele oplossing geboden. Dat stelt me extra teleur gezien de ernst van de situatie.
Gezien de heftigheid van mijn reactie (en ook het uitblijven van een oplossing van Korean Skincare) vraag ik me inmiddels af of de producten wel authentiek zijn; ik zeg dit niet als feit, maar als persoonlijke twijfel op basis van mijn ervaring. Zeker omdat ik nooit zulke huidreacties krijg. Gelukkig zijn er meerdere betrouwbare aanbieders van vergelijkbare producten. Ik deel mijn ervaring om anderen bewust te maken en te behoeden voor mogelijke risico’s.
