How can I return my skincare products?
You can opt to cancel your order within 90 days after receiving it. Once canceled, you have another 14 days to send back the product(s). Returned products will be fully refunded, excluding the initial shipping fees*. However, the cost of returning the item from your place to the web-shop is your responsibility. To ensure a successful return, make sure the product, along with all accessories, free items, and samples are unused, is in its original condition and packaging. A €15 fee may be applied if any free items are not returned. Reach out to us to initiate the return process. Upon receiving the returned product in good condition, we'll refund the order amount within 14 days.
Excluded on the right to return:
- With sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
- That have been created by the seller in accordance with the consumer's specifications.
- Which are clearly of a personal nature.
- Which cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.
How can I return my electronic beauty device(s)?
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened and used electronic beauty devices cannot be returned.
- All devices come with a 2-year warranty covering technical issues. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from improper handling, misuse, or accidental breakage.
